Madeira
Island is a prestigious European destination - just 1,20 hour flight
from Lisbon - that provides to the conferences and incentives market
niche, excellent conditions based on high quality infrastructures and
services.
The conference will be held at the five star Savoy resort, a very beautiful,
historical place with typical Portuguese character (visit http://www.savoyresort.com/)
Attached to the Savoy resort is the 4 star hotel, where limited accommodation
is available. All hotel amenities are opened to EIS 2004 participants,
the beautiful gardens as well as sea access. Some photos can be see

We arranged for block reservations for the EIS 2004 conference participants
at reduced prices. All 3 hotels are on the same grounds (Very close
to each other). If you are travelling with your family and wish to stay
longer or are arriving before the conference please advise the hotel
and they will extend to you the same price as above but you must advise
them at time of booking.

Deadline
for Reservations:
Reservations should be made by October 31 - after this date reservations
under the same conditions are possible "On Request" , depending on room
availability.
Bookings for all hotels must be made through GEOTUR in order to get
